The staff were amazing and super helpful! The food at the attached restaurant was surprisingly good, especially the malteadas. I loved that it was clean and quiet around. Perfect for a quick stay.

The pool area offers a nice atmosphere for relaxation. equipped with lounge chairs, it’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel has student discounts, making it a decent option for budget-conscious travelers.
The furniture and decor are outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s with old, dirty sofas at the reception. I found the master suite had a musty odor, and the carpets were stained, which is off-putting for any traveler. Noise levels from the hallway easily seep into the rooms, and hot water in the sink and cold water for the shower seemed to be a peculiar plumbing issue. In addition, I noticed that the elevators were not as clean as one would expect, adding to the overall feeling of neglect.

The pool area offers a nice atmosphere for relaxation.
During my stay, I found the room furnishings outdated and in need of an upgrade. The plumbing seemed problematic, with the shower only providing cold water while the sink had only hot water. Additionally, there were noise disturbances from the hallway that made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

This was just a prime choice for a quick stopover in Guadalajara with great value for the money. The elevator vibe was nostalgic like stepping back in time, adding to the experience. Check for any odd sounds coming from the hallway at night before settling in.

The lobby and pool area created a nice atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast options were decent, especially the eggs, but other meals seemed limited. The staff handled issues quickly, which I appreciated when I encountered a minor problem with my shower only providing cold water. The dining space felt basic—no room service and only fast food options available downstairs. The overall setting was outdated. The furniture looked worn, and I noticed stained carpets in the rooms. For a quick stopover, it served its purpose, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.
